“Good content can easily lose its impact when the sound quality is poor,” she emphasized, adding that the media industry now offers opportunities beyond on-air presentation, with growing demand for sound engineers, studio technicians, editors, camera operators, voice-over professionals and digital content creators.

The Director further encouraged participants to embrace every aspect of the programme with discipline, professionalism and a willingness to learn. She stressed that while talent may create opportunities, long-term success depends on continuous practice, ethical conduct, preparation and adaptability to emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and mobile content production.
